“On Saturday, June 28, we proudly celebrated the graduation of our FY25 CERP cohort — an incredible group of women who completed our 12-week Communities Prepared for Re-entry program. These graduates are caregivers, change-makers, and community pillars who’ve walked paths of challenge with unwavering strength and grace.

We were deeply honored to welcome Mayor Michelle Wu and local leaders in support of this transformative moment. Together, we celebrated personal stories, shared a beautiful luncheon, and reflected on what’s possible when we invest in people and healing at the root.
