Join We Are Better Together Warren Daniel Hairston Project, for Pain Into Purpose, a film screening and fundraiser centered on healing, reflection, and community.
We will be screening It Starts With Us, a powerful documentary that follows our organization and the journeys of mothers impacted by gun violence or incarceration, and their strength in turning pain into purpose.

Caregivers Monthly Support Group (Saturday Dec 13th)
Join us every second Saturday of the month for our Caregivers Monthly Support Group, a safe and supportive space for caregivers of loved ones returning from incarceration. This in-person group introduces participants to the key topics from our 12-week CERP Program.
Healing the Hearts (Monday Dec 15th)
We Are Better Together Warren Daniel Hairston Project invites you to Healing the Hearts, a meaningful evening of healing, connection, and hope. Join us for a panel discussion, live performances, and special guest speakers as we honor Survivors of Homicide Victims Awareness Month. A time dedicated to remembering lives lost and supporting those who continue to heal.
We believe that healing and transformation start when families from all sides of violence come together, share their stories, and support one another. This event welcomes everyone impacted by loss and violence, as well as allies who want to stand in solidarity and help rebuild our community with love and understanding.

The Power of We Community Conference
Join us Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Roxbury Community College Building 3, for The Power of We Community Conference — a day of powerful conversations, healing, and action.
From 11 AM to 5 PM, we’ll bring together survivors, caregivers, returning citizens, grassroots leaders, service providers, law enforcement, and policymakers to address violence at its root. Through panel discussions, breakout sessions, and restorative practices, we’ll explore real strategies to prevent violence, break cycles of harm, and create safer, more connected communities.
